Cancellation/No Show Policy

Plans change. We get it.

We know life happens. To keep classes running smoothly and give everyone a fair opportunity to book a spot, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your class at least 8 hours before class begins.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 8 or more hours before class can be made without a fee.

Cancellations made within 8 hours of class are considered a late cancellation and will incur a $10 late-cancel fee.

No-Shows

If you reserve a spot and do not attend class without canceling, a $25 no-show fee will apply.

No-shows also mean that another client may have missed the opportunity to take your spot, so please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change.

Running Late?

We recommend arriving a few minutes early, especially for your first class. For your safety and the experience of the class, late entry may not be permitted once class has begun.
